Our delicious cold smoked Atlantic salmon begins with 12 hours of dry brining process using the finest sea salt, sugar, and herbs followed by hard wood cold smoking at 86°F for an additional 12 hours. Finally, fillets are sliced to the desired weight and vacuum packed.
